Therapeutic coaching: personal and professional reformulation workshop
Use the methods of cognitive analytic maps and letters to develop a personal reformulation of our professional roles and effectiveness. Work will be in pairs and small groups through a guided series of peer mentoring and coaching exercises. This is a small group workshop limited to 12 participants

About the Event
This is an opportunity for people with introductory or further training in cognitive analytic therapy to work with others to learn and apply CAT informed coaching skills to their own reformulation of their personal experience of professional roles. Work will be in a small group and pairs with a demonstration by the facilitator of a graded series of exercises. Participants should go away with an engaging experience of working openly with others, a workbook and small portfolio of personal reformulation written and diagrammatic exercises.
