Therapeutic coaching: personal and professional reformulation workshop

This is an opportunity for people with introductory or further training in cognitive analytic therapy to work with others to learn and apply CAT informed coaching skills to their own reformulation of their personal experience of professional roles.  Work will be in a small group and pairs with a demonstration by the facilitator of a graded series of exercises.  Participants should go away with an engaging experience of working openly with others, a workbook and small portfolio of personal reformulation written and diagrammatic exercises.
