This webinar is for those who want improve and extend the use of writing in therapy. It offers innovative methods of short, spontaneous writing within and between sessions. It offers different styles and tasks of writing for the different kinds of unconscious material and processes that CAT's integrative approach engages. See the grid diagram of four ways of approach the unconscious as a store of patterns and procedures (the congnitive unconscious), a store of stories, myths and legends (the narrative unconscious), a store of disavowed and charged emotions and needs in conflict (transference unconscious) and a store of shared stories, patterns and emotions (the mutual unconscious).
