Therapy with a Map
Therapy with a Map was my first book and talks through the ideas behind CAT, map and talk and how they work in a therapeutic relationship. It serves well as a guide on how to use maps and talk in a therapeutic relationship and is very much a useful text to anyone interested in developing their practice of Cognitive anyltic therapy.

Talking with a Map
This second book in the series goes through the tools of Map and talk and the ideas of Cognitive analytic therapy with a view to using them to help us all develop better conversations and relationships with the people around us.
After teaching CAt and map and talk for several decades I have continually seen how valuable map and talk is for developing the capacity for us to have better conservation and talk that rich conversation out of the therapy room.
